We collect your email address and authentication identifiers (e.g., via Google One-Tap). Registration is required to generate images and access your history.

2.2 User Input & Content

• Text Prompts: The text descriptions you input to generate images.
• Generated Images: The visual content produced by our AI models based on your prompts.
• Uploads: Any reference images you upload for image-to-image generation (if applicable).

2.3 Payment Information

Payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. We retain transaction IDs, subscription status, and credit balances.

2.4 Usage & Device Data

IP address, device type, browser information, and timestamps (for security, rate limiting, fraud prevention, and service reliability).

3. How We Use Information

• Service Operation: Process prompts, generate images via AI models, translate prompts when needed.
• Gallery & History: Store generated images in “My Creations.”
• Public Display (Crucial): Free Plan generations are treated as public and may appear in the Public Gallery. Pro/Ultimate can choose “Private Mode.”
• Communication: Send transactional emails (verification, password reset, billing notices).

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share only with necessary providers to operate the Service:

• AI Inference: Fireworks AI, Novita.ai (prompts to generate images).
• Translation: DeepSeek (non-English prompts to English).
• Hosting & DB: Supabase (account data, image history).
• Payments: Stripe (subscriptions, credit purchases).
• Analytics: e.g., PostHog/Google Analytics (anonymized usage trends).

Providers act under contract and process data based on our instructions. We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations.

5. Data Retention

• Account Data & Images: Retained while your account is active.
• Deletion: You may delete images or your account; deleted data is removed from active databases.
• Public Content: Free-plan images shown in the Public Gallery may remain visible unless you delete them.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures (SSL encryption, secure DB access) to protect your information. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

7. Children’s Privacy

Strict age limit: The Service is for users 18+ due to potential mature content. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn of such collection, we will delete it immediately.

8. International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and stored in jurisdictions with different data protection laws (e.g., servers in the United States).

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location (e.g., EEA/UK, California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data.
